Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. Because each piece is handmade and one of a kind, I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Howerever, please contact me if there’s any problem with your order, I want you love your piece as much as I loved creating it.

Shipping

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped once payment is completed. You’ll received a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please note I’m not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT or other import fees imposed by the destination country.

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT or import fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Please note that I do not control predict the exact amount that may be required upon delivery. The buyer is also responsible for providing accurate shipping and customs information and for paying any applicable fees in timely manner.

If an international package is returned because the recipient refuses or fails to pay the required customs fees, taxes or import charges, the buyer may be responsible for any return shipping cost and/or additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
